Walked out of a dealership... starting to maybe regret it?

Im looking for an older truck that needs a little bit of work, but still running good under around 6500 cad.

A dealership in my area had a 2005 dodge ram 1500 with 257 kilometers on it. 5.7l engine, Dual exhaust already installed and it sounded amazing. Had some rust that was fixable, and where the box connects to the frame needed some welding, but the frame was in good condition. We took it for a test drive and it ran great, engine and everything sounded good.

They could offer us a walkout price of 6400 cad, we wanted 6100 cad walkout price. I'm in no rush at all, and I was thinking I can do better off of facebook marketplace if im patient for a similar truck. I really do like the 1500 though and I'd like to look for another one of those. Was their price actually a decent deal and I should regret it? Or am I overthinking?
