Early Retirement or no?

My wife has about 150k in a Roth Account, I've Got 1.2 Million in a 401k our house and cars are new and paid for. We own a hands off business that brings in 175k a year. The value of the business is 3.2 million. Total net worth is about 5 million. The thought is we keep the business and live off the income until we reach 65. At that point sell the business and property. We are in our early 50's
