14F dealing with a 14F friend who constantly talks and exaggerates — how do I handle this?

I have a friend who always talks — nonstop. She constantly tells stories, but most of them feel exaggerated or even made up. It’s like she just wants to keep talking and be the center of attention.

Sometimes she lies or twists facts, and it gets awkward, especially around other people. I’m starting to feel exhausted and uncomfortable around her, but I don’t want to hurt her feelings.

How can I deal with someone like this without causing drama or making things worse?
