Booking Air Canada flights better with Amex Platinum or TD Aeroplan Infinite Visa (not privilege card)?

I typically book travel with my AMEX platinum but will be changing my existing old Scotiabank Visa Scene card to a TD Infinite Aeroplan Visa card so all my cards can contribute to the same rewards program.

Do I get more aeroplan points for booking Air Canada flights using my TD Infinite Aeroplan Visa or AMEX Platinum and transfer my aeroplan points? Does the same apply for partner airlines or only Air Canada?

For the visa, if better, does it only get me more points if I book through the Air Canada website or any travel website?

I know the Visa will get me free luggage but I sometimes book premium economy or business if the price is right so it is already included. I also understand hokding the Visa card means my points wont expire and I cant better redemption rates for flights.

Trying to figure out what is better for points on flights Air Canada and partner airlines.
