Why Floor is the perfect vocalist for Nightwish in my opinion (and it's not about her voice)

To being with, I love all the three singers of Nightwish. They are all special and have done great job for the band. I'm even more excited this year because I'll be seeing Anette live in 3 concert here in Brazil and I'm even doing a M&G with her.

As a non-frequent heavy metal listener, Nightwish is an exception, but I occasionally watch/listen to other metal stuff here and there, I came to the conclusion that Floor is the perfect fit for Nightwish because she is a singer with a voice that perfectly fits with the metal sound and because she has the metal attitude

Tarja was trained to be a classical singer and that''s her gift, that's her passion and that's what she is known and loved for! In some interviews of hers after leaving Nightwish, she told how she would never listen to heavy metal or rock music in general. She learned how to enjoy them after her joining with Nightwish. That is, if Toumas had never met her in life, she'd be probably siniging classical finnish songs in theatres of that country only! Even when she was with Nightwish, she didn't have the metal attitude. She would barely banghead and her attempts to give something heavy metal/rock vibes were sometimes a bit funny. But it was something new, exotic even, seeing a classical singer acting all classy, wearing those beautiful dresses of a true well-behaved Lady among those hardcore rock'n roll guys! It fit well! In her solo career she tries her best but she ends up doing some dances and moves that are not really common in the metal scene hehe. I love her ♥ but I truly believe that after Nightwish, she continued with the heavy sound just because she knew that would be the way for her to stick around and maintain the fanbase!

Anette, along with Tarja, also does not give the heavy metal vibes. She rarely does headbangings, her clothes were not the best as well. She was more talkative, smiley and all that... I love her too ♥ her voice, in my opinion, was also a perfect combination with the band sound. Just like classical one matches well with heavy rock music, Anette's voice is also a perfect balance! One of the reasons I'm not a frequent listener of metal music is because I find it very noisy those vocalists that have those "demoniac voices" lol, where you can't hear the articulation of the words and etc.. not my cup of tea! And Anette's sweet pop voice did very well in the two albums with the band in my opinion but her attitude didn't fit well!

Floor, on the other hand, is the one that brings the metal vibe to the band and is incredible Her clothes, her headbanging, her moves, her versatile voice and etc and that's why she is still around and I am sure Toumas is the one of being afraid to lose her and not the other way around. The only thing that bothers me a bit about Floor is that she screams a lot when it's time to talk to the audience lol instead of speaking more chill out!

Anyways, my unpopular opinion maybe!
