Hey I just have a little question:

How does people determine which pokemon is good at top or bottom lane? I got a pretty good idea for the jungle Mon, they have to be efficient a removing the mon in the jungle area and really benefit for being at level 5 early, but the other lane has me scratching my head a little bit.
