Did the market become oversensitive?

I’m talking about the earnings of GOOG and NFLX where despite strong overall earnings the stock price fell down. Going through the details, you’ll find out one or two metrics where the expectations weren’t met. Still, I feel like the market is really overreacting. Is this the new norm?
