I scared someone off tumblr for blocking me years ago

About seven years ago my best Tumblr "friend" blocked me for sharing fan art that shipped the wrong characters. But based on the information she'd told me about herself, I was able to find her facebook profile. So I know her real full name, what she looks like, her hometown, and other info. Recently I sent her an anonymous ask using my new Tumblr account mentioning all that personal information. I even said things like: "You may have forgotten me, but I haven't forgotten you". She hadn't posted in a while since her favorite show is dead so I wasn't sure how long it would take for her to respond.

A week later when I went to check on her tumblr profile, it was deleted. I found her facebook profile again and saw that she had removed all of her personal information.

I know what I did was creepy but I also think it's funny.

There's someone else I kinda want to do this to but fortunately I haven't been able to find their facebook profile.
