What would you learn if you had 1-2 years of 10 hours of free time?

My situation is following - over next 1-3 years I have a luxury to put aside 10 hours of learning new skill/craft/start new career and do nothing besides that.

I am a man in 30s, from Europe, but not EU. (so, jobs that are profitable and in demand in EU and possibly Canada, USA)

I am interested in medicine, but I think that train has passed.

I am a graphic engineer and designer. Last couple of years were rough, and I do not think it will get better. The market is saturated, situation on upwork is basically a shitshow, and in my country there is not high demand.

It is absolutely not required from this skill to be my passion. My passion was art, storytelling and graphic design, but I think it is over with that.
