Adult activities

Is there anywhere in the san antonio area that is cool laid back activity. (No children). Wife & I are looking for something calm but interesting to do. Maybe with pool area and or hottub. Just rest and relaxation without the noise of kids running around. We are 50. Let's see what you all come up with please.
