My account was hacked and im Trying to Contact support but it gaves error everytime.

Hi everyone, my Roblox account was hacked and the official support form isn't working (tried multiple browsers/devices). I have saved 2FA codes and access to the original email. Has anyone recovered a hack in another way? Any suggestions are welcome 🙏
