6 days post extractions and severe dry mouth

Wondering if anyone else experienced this. The first couple days I had excess saliva and drooling but the last couple days my mouth is so dry its like no matter what I try it doesn't help. I do currently have oral thrush, I dont know if this could be the cause or not. I took a pill from my doctor this morning to treat that but in the mean time the dryness is driving me crazy lol.
