California FFL transfer to yourself? I have questions

I have two explicitly CA-legal pieces that I legally bought in a midwestern state under my deadname back when I was pretending to be a boy, at the time I was a legal resident of that state. I have now legally changed my name and gender. How can I transfer them to myself so that I can legally own them, and pursue becoming a concealed-carry permit holder, in California?
