Is my septum supposed to hurt?

Hey so I’m not sure if I’m just overreacting but I got my septum 3-4 days ago and my nose hurts so bad. I spray it twice two times a day with an aftercare spray I was given but it still tends to hurt a lot

All my friends with septums said that theirs didn’t hurt at all but mine bled and I cried for half the thing (I’m not sure if this is relevant this is my first piercing that isn’t on my ears) I also have like 0 pain tolerance and sensitive skin (again idk if this is relevant)

But I literally cannot touch my nose without it hurting and i just hope I’ll be able to at least touch it and move it around soon
