puppet princess / karakuri no kimi (2000)

just watched puppet princess (9/10 imo) - it's pretty standard fare, a lot of Ninja Scroll but not as well animated or grotesque (6.49/10 on MAL). anyway it's short, punchy, has an interesting plot that twists then resolved quickly (41 minutes).

I'm trying to watch more weird 90s anime - recently saw CIPHER, California Crisis:Gun Salvo, and Demon City Shinjuku. None of these are the best you've ever seen but I also hadn't seen much like them.

what deranged 90s ish anime would you recommend, especially standalone movies/OVA with a runtime of <90 minutes? (I'm not really thinking "weird" as just simple gratuitous violence and sex for shock value, but I'm not averse to them either.)
