Want to Buy & Export a Car from China to Algeria – Need Advice

I’m planning to travel to China to buy a car and export it to Algeria for personal use, and I need some guidance on a few things:

1. Where is the main hub for buying cars (both new and used)? Is there a specific city or market that’s known for being a center for car sales and exports? I’m open to both new and used cars. just looking for good value.

2. Should I go through a dealership (agency) or use a website? I’m wondering which option typically offers better prices and easier export procedures. Are there any trustworthy platforms or should I stick to visiting in person?

3. How do people usually pay for cars in China? Can I use cash or an international Visa card, or is there a better/safer payment method for foreigners? Any tips on avoiding scams or payment issues?

4. Which freight forwarder or shipping company is best for shipping to Algeria? I’m looking for something reliable and reasonably priced. Bonus if they’re experienced with exporting vehicles to North Africa.
