[S2 spoiler] Cloud dominion has the technology to reverse memory wipes

In season 2, Dusk learned from Rue that cloud dominion was able to reverse memory wipes. Ostensibly, he would have been interested in applying it to himself as he had found out that all the cleons' memories were intensively managed and therefore inferior in volume to clean I's (there being less cataphils of memory for all cloned cleons).

Dusk never got the chance to do it, since he and Rue were trapped and killed by Demerzel in her once-prison in the palace late in S2.

But is this plot point ever going to return? Is a Cleon going to use it and reveal what sort of thing Demerzel wiped from their memory?
