Might be a dumb question but I need to ask

Having charging issues with my IPhone 13 Pro Max. My son thinks the charging port is loose, as I need to bend the cord to get it to charge ( wish I could explain it clearer than that, but I can’t .)

Which is the best place to see about getting this done, if that is really the issue?

Cost is always a factor, not going to lie!
