IEMs for treble sensitivity

Hello everyone as the title suggests I need help with IEMs for treble sensitive people.

My current contenders are Truthear Pure (130e), Sennheiser IE100/200 100-130e

I would primarily use them for gaming and music. I don't need mic. I'm not an audiophile. I'm also coming from KZ 10 pro which really hurts my ears that's why I decided to upgrade, treble is extremely harsh and it gets uncomfortable after some time in my ear.

Please feel free to give me suggestions and tips. I'll be deciding today which ones to get.
