Should I get new DPS (Phrovola)?

I have cammy and her sig both at lvl 70. My team is cammy, sanhua and verina. Two of them is at lvl 60. I just have a small taste with Brant and rlly like his character and gameplay but I also love the phrovola’s preview in the stream. I dont have much resources rn, 90 available pulls but only 7 weapons pulls and like 2k astrates so wondering should I pull for a new DPS and potentially go for team 2? or keep grinding my team rn?

Reason for this was that during the tower of adversity, my cammy cannot just plow them all since theres like vigor points.And i dont rlly build rover much yet so thats why wondering should I pull for new DPS?
