How long can you go before feeling wd?

So im currently taking 160mg-200mg a day. I have read that some people couldnt go 3hrs without feeling withdrawals. Literally waking up at night to dose. Thankfully I dont have that problem. I can sleep a full 8hrs, wake up and not dose until around an hour after waking up.

How long can you currently go?
