How do I make those 80s FM tubular bell synths?

(You can hear the type synth in the first 10 seconds of this song)

I'm making a song, and I've been looking for something on how to make/find that type of synth for literal hours. (Over 4 hours) All I can find are videos of people playing the synths. Nothing on how to make them, or a plugin I can download.

So, I've now come to ask the people of Reddit as a last resort. How do I make this?

Thank you! :)
