How do you take what works for you when it comes to productivity advice?
I tend to listen to a lot of productivity advice on Reddit and also ask chat gtp for productivity advice.
I find I am not pleased with myself for just getting the responsibilities complete that are basically obligations- exercise, cooking meals, job search, upskilling, volunteer assignments.
I have to be constantly looking for new ways I am “supposed” to be productive and I feel guilty if I am not striving toward a perfectionist over achieving ideal.
Does anyone else do this and if so how do you say enough is enough with regards to adding more responsibilities to your day?
