Ordered ps5 cod bundle from Amazon. Packaging came without amazon packaging and I can't find invoice nor cod voucher. What to do?

Hi I had ordered ps5 console from Amazon india. The console came without any amazon packaging and there was no invoice as well. The original packaging was ok not any major tear as such, unlike the controller which also I ordered from Amazon but it was in very damaged packaging. Amazon refused to entertain the controller replacement saying for packaging damaged they cannot do anything!

In the COD bundle there was one booklet of COD and i thought it would have the voucher code in it. But there was nothing in it general disclaimer stuff.

Also there was a warranty card which i couldn't understand it's implication. It stated warranty is valid for 1 year if invoice is there otherwise valid till sep 2026. Isn't sep 2026 a better option given standard warranty is of 1 year.

I guess I cannot do anything that there was no amazon packaging even though it's amazon fulfilled item.

Also on a side note - it was quite disheartening for me as when I took the console it got fingerprints on the black glossy portion. I tried to wipe it clean with a carrybag that was sitting next to it. And it got all scratched ! :| any suggestions for that ?
