Bright red cheek! Help!

My baby is 8 weeks and I noticed this morning she woke up with a bright red cheek but only on her right side, she did wake up with a scratch on her cheek as well from the night but it’s been red all day her temperature is normal and she’s been acting fine just wondering if anyone has experienced this before?
