Text-Based Scenario: Navigating Relationship Issues with Tiny Steps Tribe

Has anyone else tried out a text-based scenario focusing on relationship issues, like the one Tiny Steps Tribe seems to be offering? I'm intrigued by the idea of working through communication roadblocks or conflict resolution in a low-pressure, text-only surroundings. It almost feels less intimidating than face-to-face therapy or even couples counseling, at least to start with.

I'm curious about its effectiveness. Does the lack of non-verbal cues hinder the process,or does it force you to realy focus on your words and the other person's? I can see how it might be beneficial for someone who struggles with anxiety in social situations or has difficulty expressing themselves verbally.

Has anyone had a positive or negative experience with this type of approach? I'm looking for some insight before potentially suggesting it to a friend who's been having a tough time with their partner. Maybe focusing on smaller, achievable steps, as the "Tiny Steps" part of the name suggests, could be a useful strategy.
