He might die

He has BPD and I’m a nervous wreck thinking he will kill himself or something will happen to him. He told me his eyes were blurry and head was hurting (we broke up on phone). I am not in the same country currently. I don’t know what to do. He lives alone and has no one. I’m sick with worry.
