ParkMobile Down in the Grove (7/19)

Tried to park in Tower Grove but the ParkMobile app, ParkMobile terminals, and sidewalk meters are all down. We parked anyway and when we came out an hour later EVERYONE in the lot next to Gramophone had a ticket. People were still trying to pay on the terminal and couldn’t. Not sure how far the problem goes but it was at least affecting the whole of the Gramophone block.
