I feel unsure about this friendship

Using fake names. I (25f) met my best friend Macy (24f) in a Discord server back in Aug 2024. We got close fast, and later became part of a group that included Vicky (33f). Vicky turned out to be extremely self-centered — constantly interrupting, making everything about herself, ignoring us if we weren’t available, and even bragging about cheating on her partner. I eventually called her out, and she said I "burned a bridge." I didn’t really care, but Macy told me I should still be nice to her, which confused me since Macy also had issues with her before.

For context, I’m autistic with BPD, ADHD, and depression (I’m medicated), so I know I struggle socially, but I try to be respectful and low-drama. Vicky also has BPD but refuses to take her meds.

More recently, Macy met a new friend named Julie online and calls her another best friend. Since then, Macy barely calls or texts me anymore — we used to talk all day, now I’m left on read. She’s in group chats with Julie and others and promised to include me, then didn’t, saying I’m "not social enough."

I’m flying out next week to visit Macy and go to a concert with her, where I’ll meet this whole group for the first time — with zero prior interaction. I once said in a Discord VC, “I’m excited to meet them,” and Macy replied, “Just because they’re expecting you doesn’t mean they want to meet you.” That completely shut me down.

Between Macy pulling away, asking me to befriend someone toxic, excluding me from group chats, and now having to meet all these people with no support — am I overthinking, or is this as messed up as it feels?

TL;DR: My best friend of almost a year has distanced herself since meeting a new friend. She told me to stay friendly with someone who treated me badly, excluded me from group chats, and made a hurtful comment when I said I was excited to meet her new friends. I’m flying out next week to visit her and meet these people for the first time with no support. Am I overthinking, or is this all a red flag?
