Is Change Healthcare THFRT (Walgreens)?

I apologize in advance as I'm not a pharm tech. I was one a LONG, LONG time ago if that counts. lol

I am hoping someone can shed some light on the process because I feel like something is missing. I take Farxiga and trying to use the savings card, which says to run it through my insurance, then Change Healthcare for the balance with a "Other Coverage Code of 8".

I am filling at a Walgreens. Is Change Healthcare the same as THFRT? They ran it through THFRT and it's saying preapproval is needed and asked me to come back.

I didn't have the sheet and instructions in front of me when I was there because they had already entered it into the system a week earlier and told me to just tell the person to run it through THFRT

I'm wondering if they followed the correct process versus just reversing it back through my insurance and running it only through THFRT (if that's Change Healthcare) because when I go into my account right now it's showing the cash price instead of at least my insurance price.
