Whose at fault here?
My story:
I am beyond baffled and disappointed to how Amazon won’t issue me a refund or a replacement to an item that cost me over $100. I’ve never received the item I bought, but the website says that it’s been delivered and handed to a resident. I gave the one time code to the delivery person through the phone. I was not present there and the delivery person said that they’ll put my item in the locker. No picture that it was delivered or which locker it was out in. This is lack of diligence on the delivery person, they handed my package to someone and didn’t confirm it if it was the correct person. I’m not even sure if the delivery person actually put it in the locker because they usually take a picture of the item. I feel like a resident here where I live would just accept an item that’s being given to them, knowing it’s not their name on it. Either way, the Amazon delivery FAILED to give the item to the right person and won’t take the accountability to give me a refund or replacement. I am at loss of words because I am just frustrated with the whole situation. I lost money and didn’t receive anything. I didn’t get anything out of this whole situation. I’m so sad and disappointed, makes me not wanna order from Amazon for a while- long time.
