Wedding Dress Help

I’m looking for a wedding dress but can’t find a place with good dresses and prices (under 1K) And I have no idea where to start. I want a strapless dress that is big and poofy (something that has something like a petticoat). Any advice on dress, clothing in general, or anything related to the topic helps! Thank you and god bless. ☺️
