veo 3 not access for free

Hey friends! I’m trying to access Veo 3.0 in Google Cloud Vertex AI.

My current Skill Boost lab blocks it (error: constraints/vertexai.allowedModels).

Can anyone share a working lab link or project ID where it’s allowed?
