Stimming

I used to randomly hold my arm in the air and leave it there lol, I saw a video that some autistic people do this as stimming. I didnt know why I did this when I was younger, and it bothered me that I did it. I always wanted to know. But this one shocked me lol to the max 🤣🫶💕🐦
