Is an uber or rental car cheaper for a Chicago trip?

As some know, Lady Gaga is coming in September and I want to make the trip to go see her. I’m debating getting a rental car or just taking a train and getting an uber when I’m here. Any input? I know some Ubers don’t accept rides around arenas because it’s crowded and I don’t wanna be stranded in Chicago lol
