Kicked from session by battleye

I have been kicked by battleye from gta online for over a week now and literally nothing has worked, ive tried all the basic stuff like restarting my computer, verifying files, reinstalling, and deleting battleye, but all the other things like clean installs, removing all files that could be flagged by battleye from my pc, adding acceptions to my antivirus and restarting my router, yet still nothing has worked at all, I already opened a ticket for rockstar support and nothing has worked, and I have been suspended from gta online for 1 month before so idk if that has to do with anything but please if anyone has advice Im open to anything at this point.
