Karmic Debts with My Mother?

Hello! I have been told by a psychic who is also an astrologer that I have Karmic Debts with My Mother and unstable Moon in my chart explains that. She quoted that as the reason for having disagreements with my mom & why she is so short tempered and I have to deal with that. She did mention that I'm also difficult. Not being reactive and trying to maintain a cordial relationship with my mom were the suggestions given by her. I love my mom and I am now used to her as its been going on for years. I have accepted that its her nature and I have to deal with it. But I just want to know my deeds in the past lives that led to the karmic debts I'm having now. How can I get to know that? Any ways to understand this on our own? And if someone has any similar experiences like this, please share them here if you're comfortable. I would really appreciate your insights on this. Thank you!
