Looking for suggestions for a nice, reasonably quiet central lunch place.

Reasonably quiet as in, not dead but not cram-packed either. Meeting a family member again after fifteen years.

Currently looking at either Kapow! Coffee in Thorntons Arcade or Wapentake.
