Stainless steel clutch line and new bleeder block MK8

To my fellow R Owners, if you drive a manual, wanted to ask your opinion about removing the OEM bleeder block and replacing something that have better flow control and replacing clutch line to a stainless steel one. I have already done a delay valve delete but that hasn’t satisfied me in terms of how there is still some kind of stickiness to it. Or just save everything for a new performance clutch?
