Ice And Fire mod on Atm 9 like Atm 6

Would it be possible for me to put the ice and fire mod in All The Mods 9, and somehow make it the same as All The Mods 6, where the dragons are only born in The Other dimensions, I tried messing around with settings files using lines from the configs in All The Mods 6, but it didn't work, can anyone help me? (srry for my bad english)
