End game help, feel stuck

Hello, I need some tips on how to progress I am playing a berserker volcanic fissure of snaking build on playstation Im lvl 92 and have 4.6k hp (I wish it was a bit higher), max ele + chaos res. 12k armor, 75% spell suppress. This is what I could afford atm in terms of stats.

Im stuck at lvl 92 because I keep dying in stupid ways (could have been 94 by now lol) I can an clear t16 rare maps but I still feel weak idk why. How do I progress from this point? I would love to farm for headhunter or mageblood but idk where to start. I have invested in the atlas tree:

• tree 1: breach + map mods and scarabs
• tree 2: ritual and beasts (Einar)
• tree 3: blight + map mods and scarabs What should I aim for in terms of the atlas tree? Like how to I maximise farming from these league mechanics? I can afford to get respec points if need be.
