What tf do I do!??

I had a RAINBOW fosslight seed from the EXOTIC PACK, it’s a 0.07% chance. One of the rarest seeds possibly ever. I RECLAIMED IT AND IT WENT INTO MY INVENTORY AS A NORMAL FOSSILIGHT SEED WITHOUT WARNING ME IT WOULD NOT STAY RAINBOW. I’m not even sure what to do right now but that plant was my absolute pride and joy and it was what made my garden special. Please tell me this is a bug and there is some way I can get Admin support on this? I’m on the verge of tears and feel like I wasted every penny I spent on exotic packs.
