My last few packets of carbonara had brown gross sauce??

I looooooved the carbonara for quite awhile and used to crave it often, but the last few packs I bought have had brown sauce, incredibly nasty and stinky and it has become completely inedible. Even just using a small amount makes the pasta gross. None of them have been expired so I don’t know what’s going on?? Has anyone else experienced this??
