I want to be able to be aroused still

Hey y’all, so I am having trouble getting aroused since having started T blockers and while it’s been good for my body image, I really want to continue to experience erections, orgasm and arousal like I used to. My partner has a very high libido and I used to as well but I feel like I just have a hard time getting going these days. I’m primarily a top. Any tips or tricks?
