[TOMT][~2000s][ANIMATION] 2d animation black and white of office worker who goes to screen right, dances with animals, goes back to work

Pending

This is from a CD my mother's friend gave her, and I watched this animation obsessively as a 4 year old. 18 years later, and it still haunts both me AND my mother.

Medium/execution:
The animation is black and white initially, line drawing, I remember it to be traditional animation (I was 4 but being an adult who studies animation now I am almost 100% sure it was at least digitized traditional animation). There was no speech that I can remember, I vaguely remember Charlie Brown-esque speak (nonsense speak). There is no music up until the middle part of the animation, and the beginning and end parts are just filled with sfx (keyboard typing, step noises, shuffles, etc.) The music is kinda groovy pop, no vocals but fun instrumental (not something I fully remember to be completely honest)

Story:
The office worker faces screen left and is hunched over staring straight at their computer and clack-kiting on their keyboard in a room of office workers. eventually they stand up (maybe they hear music from screen right but I cannot remember clearly). They walk towards screen right, walking past lots of office workers that do not seem to notice them. Eventually it fades to white and the office worker stops at some point. A bunch of animals are shown (I do not remember how). Me and my mother both particularly remember a crocodile/alligator skateboarding. I'm pretty sure there are monkeys. The office worker joins the animals in break dancing and doing spins. They have lots of fun.
Eventually the office worker waves goodbye to them, walks to screen right through the white void, and eventually walks back to the office and to their desk, where they begin to type again. That is the whole animation.

Year/format/location:
The animation is most likely based in the pacific northwest, America. Around Portland. We both remember it being my mom's friend's friend's animation, however on the CD we were given there was a menu with different animations to watch (the above one was just my favorite one as a child). There may have been 7-10 animations? Maybe less.
It was around the 2000s, specifically between 2005-2008. Could have been earlier, but that's around when we had the CD. I'm fairly certain it was not meant for children, but the animations were tame/wholesome enough that it worked quite well for children.

I know with indie animation it can be a pain to find, if it's even digitally formatted. However, even if it isn't the exact animation, even finding the artist so I can appreciate their art/animations would be wonderful!
Additionally, I will try to recreate the closest representation I can to what I remember.

Thank you!!
