First DUI in delaware

I’m 21 and i have nothing else on my record but i blew double the limit last night. What happens on the first offense considering that I was double the limit. Also, Do I have to get an attorney or is using the public defender any good? I don’t have money for an attorney and i should have 1000% thought about that before getting behind the wheel. Anyone have any good experiences with a public defender in a similar case?
