No offer letter update from University of Messina (second call)

I applied on 7 may, and its 20 July now!! Still no response!!?? For the sake of information:- My academic score is so good and with 7 in IELTS. Am I rejected? Or will they mail me soon? How long does Unime usually take to respond ?
