Varsity Tutors?

Hi. Does anyone have any experience with Varsity Tutors for SHSAT prep? I see a lot of bad reviews on Yelp, mostly about the billing dept and management, but several of these negative reviews still said the tutors were good. Any opinions or experiences to share?
