Help with upgrading

I wanna possibly upgrade my cpu and/or gpu within a reasonable price range (about $600-$700) maybe a bit more depending on if I can get away with that price range or not. I’m not sure if I’d need to get a different motherboard or anything so just looking for help and suggestions. What I currently have is a i5-12400F, 4060Ti and the B760 DS3H AC DDR4 board. I’m the most familiar with pc building as I’ve only owned prebuilt ones.
