This Needs To Happen
Griamore, Hendrickson, Gilthunder, and Dreyfus need to know that if Meliodas had killed Fraudrin at the Kingdom of Danafor immediately after witnessing Liz's death, everything could have turned out differently. Fraudrin wouldn’t have survived to manipulate Hendrickson or possess Dreyfus. Without that manipulation, Holy Knight Grandmaster Zaratras—Gilthunder’s father—would never have been murdered. The Seven Deadly Sins wouldn’t have been framed, and the Ten Commandments would have remained sealed for all eternity. As a result, Zeldris and his comrades would never have conquered Britannia, and Camelot wouldn’t have fallen under Zeldris’s control.
If they were ever to discover that Meliodas’s failure to kill Fraudrin was the catalyst for this entire chain of tragedy, they would be devastated. The weight of what could have been prevented would be impossible to ignore. In their grief and disillusionment, they might even consider siding with Camelot—not out of loyalty to Arthur, but out of a desperate hope to undo the pain of losing Zaratras, a man who never should have died if Fraudrin had been stopped back then.
